About Course
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) imperatives are increasingly shaping organizational strategy, investor confidence, and workforce management. HR functions play a central role in embedding ESG principles through people policies, culture, ethics, and sustainability-driven talent practices.
Olympia College proposes the Executive Program in ESG & Sustainable Human Resource Management (ESG – SHRM) to build capacity among HR leaders and senior managers in integrating ESG into workforce strategy and organizational governance.

Assessment and Certification

Entry Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Relevant HR work experience and/or professional membership (where applicable)
