Certified Human Resource Consultant (CHRC)

About Course

The evolving nature of work, organizational complexity, regulatory pressures, and the growing demand for specialized people solutions have significantly increased the need for competent Human Resource Consultants in Kenya and across the region. Organizations increasingly rely on HR consultants to provide independent advisory services, diagnose HR challenges, design solutions, and support implementation across both public and private sectors.

Despite this demand, there is a notable gap in structured, competency-based, and nationally certified training for HR consultancy practice. Many practitioners enter consulting without adequate grounding in consulting methodology, ethics, client management, proposal development, and project execution.

Olympia College proposes to offer the Certified Human Resource Consultant (CHRC) program to bridge this gap by equipping HR professionals with practical consulting competencies aligned to HRMPEB’s Revised Curriculum – Human Resource Consultancy and Advisory and benchmarked against global HR consulting standards.
