The demand for ethical leadership, institutional integrity, and sound governance continues to define the sustainability and credibility of both public and private sector organizations in Kenya and globally. Increasing regulatory scrutiny, public accountability requirements, and governance failures have heightened the need for structured and professionally certified training in ethics and governance.
Olympia College proposes to offer the Professional Certificate Course in Ethics and Governance as a competency-based short course aimed at strengthening ethical leadership, governance practice, and institutional accountability across sectors.
Program Objectives

Capstone Practicals and Evaluation
Candidates shall undertake an Ethics and Governance Assessment Project, resulting in a structured governance report. Final assessment and certification shall be conducted by HRMPEB.
Successful candidates shall be awarded the Professional Certificate in Ethics and Governance by HRMPEB.
